Hervey Bay Common Law is a non-profit volunteer group. We do not give legal advice however we are proud to have been able to help our members stand their ground lawfully and get positive results.
We officially formed on March 28th 2021 as a group of 12 men and women and since then we have made rapid progress in establishing ourselves.
To date we have achieved a membership of over 300, Two Common Law Court teams, Free weekly zoom information sessions, Full Public Meetings every two weeks, Workshops and Working Groups, passed a By-law, Self Defence Classes, and our Sheriffs have made an impact in situations faced by individuals and businesses.
