What is Common Law and how can it work for you?
Put simply, Common Law, or the Law of the Land, has been used to govern and keep the peace in communities ever since mankind gathered together for their mutual protection.
It is the body of law decided on by a community to govern themselves and to ensure all people can gain a remedy for any wrong done against them.

With the growing awareness of what is happening in Australia and around the world, the need to gather has become both necessary and urgent!
Hervey Bay Common Law’s intention is for a community based movement that is arising to restore every Man and Woman back to our divine, natural and lawful being.
Our plan is to create an environment and community to bring awareness and knowledge, to establish our unalienable rights and to stand for justice and true consent.
Here at Hervey Bay Common Law we hold regular public meetings, on the second Sunday of each month. We have weekly zoom study sessions for more in-depth learning, and gatherings to establish relationships with each other.
